ABSTRACT

As an evolving and dynamic field, e-commerce requires professionals with comprehensive knowledge and innovative capabilities to adapt to market changes and challenges. This article aims to explore strategies for improving the educational system in e-commerce majors and key elements and strategies for cultivating innovative e-commerce talents. The article begins by analyzing the current state of the e-commerce major's educational system and proposing optimization strategies. It then delves into the key elements of e-commerce talent development and strategies for nurturing innovative talents, with the goal of producing superior e-commerce professionals.
