摘要: |
为了开展行波故障测距装置型式试验,分析了输电线路行波故障测距装置的相关标准,提出了装置的检测项目。针对行波故障测距精度主要影响因素,建立了行波故障测距装置功能和性能测试系统,并通过测试实例,详细介绍了仿真模型建立及故障的设置方法。试验结果证明了测试方法的有效性和实用性。最后依据DL/T 357-2010标准,在多年设备检测的基础上,提出行波测距装置评价体系,对装置的软件与硬件综合性能进行评判,提出装置应用范围,为工程设备选型提供技术依据和保证。 |

Abstract: |
In order to carry out the type test of fault location equipment, the relevant standards of transmission line travelling wave fault location equipment are analyzed. In view of the influence factors of range accuracy, functional and performance testing system and test items are proposed. Through detailed introduction of test case, the methods of simulation model establishing and fault setting are introduced in detail. Experimental results demonstrate the validity and practicability of the method of testing. At last, according to the standard DL/T 357-2010 and on the basis of examination of fault recorders throughout the years, an evaluation mechanism of fault location equipment is proposed, which can evaluate software and hardware comprehensive performance of device, and can put forward the device applications scopes that provide technical support and guarantee for device selection. |
