中文摘要:为了方便研究接骨木镰刀菌,寻求一种适用于接骨木镰刀菌生长和产孢的优良培养基。设计5种培养基,并与常用的9种培养基进行接骨木镰刀菌生长和产孢量的比较。结果显示,当培养至第5天时WLA培养基上的菌落直径为7.63 cm,明显高于对照PDA培养基上的6.90 cm,从产孢量上看,培养至第9天时WLA培养基上的孢子量达到最大值8.4×106 mL-1,比同一时期对照PDA培养基上的孢子量增加90.68%。综合比较培养基对接骨木镰刀菌的影响,发现WLA培养基无论在生长速度还是产孢量上均优于其他几种培养基,是培养接骨木镰刀菌的理想培养基。 |

Screening A Suitable Medium for Sporulation of Fusarium sambucinum |

Abstract:In order to explore an excellent medium suitable for Fusarium sambucinum culture,the growth and sporulation of Fusarium sambucinum were evaluated on five self-made media and nine common used media. The results showed that when cultured on the 5th day,the colony diameter on WLA medium was 7.63 cm,which was significantly higher than 6.90 cm on the control PDA medium. The maximum spore yield was 8.4×106 mL-1 when Fusarium sambucinum grew on WLA medium for nine days,with an increase of 90.68% compared to the spore yield on the control PDA medium in the same period. A comprehensive comparison indicated that the WLA medium is an ideal medium for Fusarium sambucinum with good performance on both growth rate and sporulation. |
