      为探究滤网模型对网式过滤器流场的影响,对翻板网式过滤器采用CFD软件模拟计算不同过滤流速下两种不同形式滤网模型,将两种滤网模型的模拟值与试验值进行对比,并对滤网内部流场和压强场进行分析。结果表明:多孔阶跃模型具有计算耗时少、效率高的特点,多孔阶跃模型在模拟的耗时数值上约为三维滤网简化模型的1/6;多孔阶跃模型和三维滤网简化模型的流场和压强沿x轴都呈现逐渐减小的变化趋势;分析多孔介质交界面流速和压强的模拟数值,发现三维滤网简化模型能较好地模拟出多孔介质网孔结构阻挡作用和微观孔道的流动规律;三维滤网简化模型可以较好地还原介质结构参数对水头损失的影响而多孔阶跃模型能较好地还原介质过流量与水头损失的关系。研究可为实际工程中综合考虑介质特性选取高精度、高效率模型提供参考。

      To explore the influence of the filter model on the flow field of the mesh filter,this study used CFD software to simulate and calculate two different types of filter models under different filtration flow rates for the flap mesh filter. The test values were compared,and the flow field and pressure field inside the filter screen were analyzed. The results showed that the porous step model had the characteristics of less time\|consuming and high efficiency, and the time\|consuming value of the porous step model was about 1/6 of that of the simplified three\|dimensional filter model. The flow field and pressure along the x\|axis of the porous step model and the three\|dimensional filter simplified model showed a gradually decreasing trend. Analyzing the simulation values of flow velocity and pressure at the interface of porous media found that the simplified three\|dimensional filter model simulated better the blocking effect of the mesh structure of porous media in engineering. The three\|dimensional filter simplified model reduced better the influence of the medium structure parameters on the head loss.The porous step model worked better to reduce the relationship between the medium overflow and the head loss. This research can provide a reference for the selection of high\|precision and high\|efficiency models considering the characteristics of media in practical engineering.
