      为揭示有机肥对云南元谋坝区紫甘蓝(Brassica oleracea var. Capitata f. rubra)生长和光合特性的影响,采用大田试验,选用羊粪有机肥(OF)和氨基酸有机肥(AAF),分别设置3个施肥量水平(5、10、20 t·hm-2)和空白对照CK(不施肥料)共7个处理,分析两种有机肥施肥量对紫甘蓝不同生育期光合特性及产量和维生素C、还原糖、可溶性蛋白、花青素含量的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,两种有机肥不同用量处理下紫甘蓝各时期的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度均有所提高,其中以OF20或AAF10处理下紫甘蓝光合作用较强。紫甘蓝产量在AAF20处理下最高,为64.33 t·hm-2; AAF10处理次之,但其经济效益最高,且较OF5处理高9.99%;同时AAF10处理下紫甘蓝可溶性蛋白、维生素C和花青素含量均较高,较其他处理分别提高0.50%~23.28%、2.86%~36.61%和0.24%~34.04%;有机肥的施用对紫甘蓝还原糖含量无显著影响。综上,提出施用10 t·hm-2的氨基酸有机肥可实现紫甘蓝优质高产目标,可为有机肥在紫甘蓝种植中的应用提供推广依据。

      A field experiment with seven treatments in three application levels (5, 10, 20 t·hm-2) of sheep manure and amino acid organic fertilizer was set up to study the effects of sheep manure organic fertilizer (OF) and amino acid organic fertilizer (AAF) application rates on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of purple cabbage in Yuanmou, Yunnan Province. The effects of two organic fertilizer and different application rates of organic fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics of different growth periods, yield, vitamin C, reducing sugar, soluble protein and anthocyanin of purple cabbage were investigated. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, and intercellular CO2 concentration of purple cabbage in two organic fertilizer treatments were increased compared to the control, with the greatest value in the OF20 or AAF10 treatment. The purple cabbage yield under AAF20 treatment was the highest, reaching 64.33 t·hm-2, followed by AAF10 treatment. However, the AAF10 treatment had the highest economic benefit with the yield increased by 9.99% compared with the OF5 treatment. In addition, the contents of soluble protein, vitamin C, and anthocyanin of the purple cabbage in the AAF10 treatment were 0.50%~23.28%, 2.86~36.61% and 0.24%~34.04% higher than that of other treatments respectively, but with no significant impact on reducing sugar content. In summary, the application of 10 t·hm-2 amino acid fertilizer achieved the goal of excellent quality and high yield, which can provide a basis for popularization of organic fertilizer in purple cabbage planting.
