      基于东北地区高标准基本农田建设的理念,以依兰县为例,从耕地的自然禀赋和社会经济条件两方面选取10个指标,运用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法,对东北低山丘陵区高标准农田区域划定及建设模式进行研究。结果表明:依兰县存在耕地分布不平衡、耕地质量差、机械化水平低、农田防护林面积比例小、抵御自然灾害能力差等问题。依兰县高标准农田建设区域可分为最佳、适宜、有条件、无条件4种类型,其中最佳、适宜、有条件3种类型区的面积为196 200 hm2,占耕地总面积的70%。依兰县高标准农田建设模式可分为平原地力保育型、平原地力提升型、丘陵地力保育型、丘陵地力提升型4种类型,以实现耕地的相对集中连片,提高农业生产机械化水平,提高农田防护林覆盖率,提高耕作层厚度,提高土壤有机质含量,进而提升农业综合生产力。
英文摘要:
      Based on the concept to construct high standard prime farmland in the Northeast of China, Yilan County was employed as an example to investigate the zonation and construction model of high standard farmland in low hilly land of Northeast China, using 10 selected indexes including the natural talent of the cultivated land and social economic condition, as well as the analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis method. The results showed that a series of problems existed in the cultivated lands of Yilan County, including imbalance of arable land distribution, poor quality, low level utilization, low level of mechanization, small ratio of farmland protection area, and poor capability in shielding against natural disasters etc. The high standard farmland in Yilan County could be classified into four categories, most suitable, suitable, conditional, and unconditional. Area coverage of the first three categories was 196 200 hm2, accounting for 70% of the total arable land. The construction models of Yilan County could be set up as the following four types: plain soil conservation, soil fertility increase, hilly soil conservation, and hilly soil fertility. This could help to achieve a relative union of cultivated land, an improvement of mechanization on agricultural production, an enhancement of protection coverage on the farmland, an increase of magnetism thickness, an enrichment of organic matter content, and a promotion of comprehensive agricultural productivity.
