掺氢天然气长距离管道输送安全关键技术与进展

KEY SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES AND ADVANCES IN LONG-DISTANCE PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION OF HYDROGEN BLENDED NATURAL GAS

  • 摘要: 利用天然气管输系统混输氢气,能实现氢气大规模、低成本、长距离输送,但掺氢混输带来更严峻的安全、技术挑战。本文围绕输送工艺及关键设备、管材相容性与寿命预测、泄漏监测检与风险评估、标准体系建设几项关键技术,探讨掺氢天然气长距离管道输送的安全问题。建议统筹规划输送网络,改进关键管输工艺与设备,建立输运协同应急与智慧决策大数据平台,制定掺氢天然气管道输送规范标准,逐步开展掺氢天然气输送技术应用示范。

     

    Abstract: The mixed transportation of hydrogen through natural gas pipeline transportation system can realize large-scale, low-cost and long-distance transportation of hydrogen. However, mixed transportation of hydrogen brings more severe safety and technical challenges. This paper discusses the safety of long-distance pipeline transportation of hydrogen-doped natural gas around several key technologies, such as transportation technology and key equipment, pipe compatibility and life prediction, leakage monitoring and risk assessment, and standard system construction. It is suggested to plan the transportation network as a whole, improve key pipeline transportation processes and equipment, establish a big data platform for transportation coordination emergency and intelligent decision-making, formulate specifications and standards for hydrogen-doped natural gas pipeline transportation, and gradually carry out application demonstration of hydrogen-doped natural gas transportation technology.
