Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic, immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease with erythema, papules, and multiple layers of silvery-white scales on the surface as the typical clinical manifestations. Xuanfu is a small aperture through which qi and blood are transmitted and operated, and there are Xuanfu in all internal and external organs of the human body. Sweating is a commonly used treatment for psoriasis, and exploring the treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of "Xuanfu of the internal organs" by sweating with wind medicines or sweating with activating the blood has broadened the idea of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis and deepened the exploration of psoriasis treatment rules.
