| Abstract Alternative | The codetermination systems of business administration have emerged and spread in Germany. This study examines the issues of deliberating process of Codetermination Law (Gesetz über die Mitbestimmung der Arbeitnehmer: 1976), arguing the trend of codetermination should be fit for socialization of business activities in the modern mode of capitalist economy.
