      研究不同品种炭黑的理化性质及粒径特性,并从粒径角度出发探讨不同品种炭黑对轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑粒径越大,比表面积越小,结构度越低;随着炭黑粒径的增大,胶料的门尼粘度降低,交联密度减小,硫化胶的耐磨性能降低,生热减小;小粒径炭黑N134、炭黑N234和炭黑N220在胶料中的分散性好于大粒径炭黑N375和炭黑N550。
英文摘要:
      The physicochemical properties and particle size characteristics of different kinds of carbon black were studied,and the influence of different kinds of carbon black on the properties of tire tread compound was discussed from the perspective of particle size.The results showed that,the larger the particle size of carbon black,the smaller the specific surface area and the lower the structure degree.As the particle size of carbon black increased,the Mooney viscosity of compound was reduced,the crosslinking density decreased,the wear resistance of vulcanizate was reduced,the heat generation decreased.The dispersibility of small particle size carbon black N134,carbon black N234 and carbon black N220 in the compound was better than that of large particle size carbon black N375 and carbon black N550.
