概述氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)的国内外研究状况以及制备方法,介绍应用分子模拟技术对HNBR分子结构和性能进行模拟和预测的方法。HNBR的规模生产主要采用溶液加氢法;采用分子模拟技术对HNBR分子结构与性能进行模拟和计算并与试验数据对比,可有效预估HNBR分子结构参数对性能的影响,从而为制备高性能的HNBR提供理论依据,实现HNBR结构与性能的可控制备。 |

The research status and preparation methods of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) at home and abroad are summarized, and the method of applying molecular simulation technology to simulate and predict the molecular structure and properties of HNBR is introduced. The large-scale production of HNBR mainly adopts the solution hydrogenation method; the molecular simulation technology is used to simulate and calculate the molecular structure and performance of HNBR and compare it with the experimental data, which can effectively predict the influence of the molecular structure parameters of HNBR on the performance, so as to prepare high-performance HNBR. HNBR provides a theoretical basis for the controllable preparation of the structure and properties of HNBR. |
