介绍雪地轮胎的使用及试验场地概况,分析ASTM F1805—2006、ECE R117法规附录7、ISO 18106:2016与我国GB/T 33829—2017和GB/T 33830—2017中轮胎雪地抓着性能测试方法的差异。可以看出,我国GB/T 33829—2017和GB/T 33830—2017增加了对试验场长度和宽度以及试验过程风速的要求,并要求使用国产标准轮胎。建议尽快确定雪地轮胎抓着指数指标,为轮胎抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力、噪声限值和分级、标签标准的发布和实施打好基础。 |

The general situation of using and proving ground for snow tire was introduced,and the differences of snow grip test methods between ASTM F1805—2006,ECE R117 Appendix 7,ISO 18106:2016,GB/T 33829—2017 and GB/T 33830—2017 were analyzed. It could be seen that GB/T 33829—2017 and GB/T 33830—2017 increased the requirements for the length and width of the proving ground and the wind speed during test process,and required use of domestic SRTT. The limit of snow grip index should be determined as soon as possible for the publishment and implementation of related standards of wet grip,rolling resistance,noise and label. |
