通过改造半钢子午线轮胎内衬层压延冷却系统来提高内衬层质量。改造后冷却系统有4组共8个冷却辊筒,冷却辊筒通过浮动辊调节速度,通过低摩擦阻尼气缸来控制浮动辊,匹配冷却辊筒组与组之间的速差,实现单独控制内衬层经过冷却辊筒之间的拉伸量。改造后内衬层材料与辊筒的接触面增大至辊筒表面积的67%左右,提高了冷却线的换热能力,使内衬层的卷取温度降低,停放后长度和宽度变化率减小,制品尺寸稳定时间缩短,提高了轮胎的动态均匀性。 |

The quality of inner liner of steel-belted radial tire was improved by reforming the calendering cooling system of inner liner.After transformation,the cooling system had 4 groups of 8 cooling roller in total.The speed of the cooling roller was adjusted by the floating roller,and the floating roller was controlled by the low friction damping cylinder to match the speed difference between the cooling roller groups,so as to realize the separate control of the stretching amount of the inner lining through the cooling roller.After transformation,the contact surface between the inner liner material and the roller increased to about 67% of the roller surface area,which improved the heat exchange capacity of the cooling line,reduced the cooling temperature of the inner liner,reduced the length change rate and width change rate after parking,shortened the product size stability time,and improved the dynamic uniformity of the tire. |
