      分别采用激光-MIG复合焊和单MIG焊,实现了2 mm厚的304不锈钢和6061铝合金对接接头的熔钎焊,对比了不同焊接热源对接头显微组织、界面层化合物及力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用激光-MIG复合焊可以获得性能良好的不锈钢-铝对接接头。激光-MIG复合焊接头的界面层化合物为FeAl2和Fe4Al13,厚度约为5 μm;而单MIG焊接头的界面层化合物厚度约为3 μm,主要为Fe4Al13。激光-MIG复合焊接头的抗拉强度为105 MPa,比单MIG焊接头提高了10.8 MPa,达到铝合金母材的33.9%。接头试样拉伸断裂均起裂于钎焊界面处,并向余高处扩展,且由脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。
英文摘要:
      The sound butt joints of 304 stainless steel/6061 alloy with a thickness of 2 mm were obtained using laser-MIG hybrid and MIG fusion-brazing welding. The microstructure, interface near stainless steel and mechanical property of the joints were investigated. The compounds layer in stainless steel/alloy laser-MIG hybrid fusion-brazing joints consisted of FeAl2 (near stainless steel) and Fe4Al13 with a total thickness of 5 μm, but the thickness of joints welded by MIG was 3 μm. The tensile strength of laser-MIG hybrid fusion-brazing joints increased to 105 MPa (10.8 MPa higher than that of MIG fusion-brazing joints), which is 33.9% of the tensile strength of 6061 alloy. The fractures of the tensile specimens all originated in the interface of intermetallic compounds and spread to the reinforcement on the top side. The fracture mode also changed from the brittle rupture at the beginning to ductile rupture in the end.
