    摘要:

    介绍了硅烷偶联剂表面改性沥青阻燃剂的原理和方法,确定了其最佳用量;通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段,对表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的结构与性能进行了表征;研究了表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的分散效果;对比分析了表面改性对沥青阻燃剂亲油性和亲水性的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂与沥青阻燃剂发生了明显的物理化学作用,降低了沥青阻燃剂的表面极性,其最佳用量为沥青阻燃剂的0.95%;表面改性增强了沥青阻燃剂的热稳定性、分散性和亲油性,从而改善了沥青阻燃剂与沥青的相容性。

    Abstract:

    The theory and method of asphalt fireretardant surface modified with silane coupling agent is introduced and the optimum silane dosage is determined. The structure and performance of asphalt fireretardant before and after the surface modification is characterized through infrared spectrum and thermo gravimetric analysis. Dispersion effect of asphalt fireretardant before and after the surface modification is studied and the influence of surface modification on the hydrophilicity and lipophilicity of asphalt fireretardant is analysed contrastively. It is shown that obvious physical and chemical action occur between silane coupling agent and asphalt fireretardant, which reduce the surface polarity of asphalt fire retardant with the optimum dosage of 0.95% for the asphalt fire retardant. And Surface modification strengthens the thermal stability, dispersibility and lipophilicity of asphalt fireretardant so as to improve compatibility of asphalt and asphalt fireretardant.
