社會支持與生涯信念對高中職體育班學生生涯發展之影響

The Influence of Social Support and Career Belief toward the Career Development of high School Students of the Department of Physical Education

摘要


目的:本研究主要探討社會支持對高中職體育班學生的生涯發展影響,且進一步聚焦在生涯信念的中介效果。方法:採用分層比例隨機叢集抽樣,針對臺灣高中職體育班三年級學生進行問卷調查,共獲得有效問卷679份。資料分析採用描述性統計、相關分析,及結構方程模式。結果:結果發現學生的社會支持會影響生涯發展,且生涯信念對社會支持影響生涯發展具有中介效果。結論:社會支持愈佳有助於高中職體育班學生的生涯發展,且生涯信念愈高的學生愈有助於他們的生涯發展。

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to explore to what extend the social support would affect on the high school students of the department of physical education for their career development in Taiwan. This research further focused on the mediator effect of students' career beliefs on their career development. Methods: The data collection utilized the random sampling with cluster adopted from high school students of the department of physical education in Taiwan, with 679 usable subjects. The quantitative analysis of the questionnaires was conducted by descriptive statistics, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: The findings showed that the social support for students had positively impacted on their career development. Furthermore, their career beliefs had the mediator effect on the social support and their career development. Conclusions: The more the students got the social support, the more their career would be promoted. In particular, if the students had got more career beliefs, it was helpful to their career development as well.
