Data from a study examining the reliability of self-control training effects. Participants were randomly assigned to either a training or control group and measures were taken. Participants then engaged in training or control condition-specific instructions for a period of two weeks, and received compliance reminders and provided compliance self-reports. After two weeks, measures were re-taken. Participants were told to stop engaging in the condition specific instruction, and then returned two weeks later for a final, third measure.
