Source code for: An imaging dataset of cervical cells using scanning near-field optical microscopy coupled to an infrared free electron laser. This MATLAB code is composed by an algorithm to import SNOM-IR-FEL images ('snom.m'); Kennard-Stone sample selection algorithm ('selamostks_rp.m'); PCA-LDA algorithm ('pcalda.m'); SPA-LDA algorithm ('selecaoaps_internalvalidation.m'); and GA-LDA algorithm ('Galda_v1p1.m').
