Sažetak
Šaran je najvažnija slatkovodna riba u akvakulturi Republike Srbije. Prekomerno deponovanje masti u mesu i abdominalnoj duplji gajenog šarana može da utiče na kvalitet mesa šarana, randman i posledično da predstavlja ograničavajući faktor u razvoju ribarske proizvodnje. Razlozi za prekomerno deponovanje masti u mesu šarana i oko visceralnih organa nisu dovoljno proučeni i važno je razviti metodu koja će omogućiti razumevanje procesa koji se odvijaju na nivou masnih ćelija šarana. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se uspostavi novi model preadipocita šarana i da se izuči mogućnost proliferacije i diferencijacije preadipocita šarana in vitro. Uspostavljanje ćelijske kulture preadipocita šarana ima potencijal u budućim istraživanjima metabolizma masti kod ove vrste ribe.
