Abstract

This study was to verify energy performance which was satisfying energy reduction target in design stage. Objective of building was called 'POSCO Green building' and was located in Yonsei International Campus, Songdo, Incheon, South Korea. Many green technologies were applied to Office Spaces which had been designed 60%, 80% energy reduction rate. 80% energy reduction zone was 50% saved more than 60% energy reduction zone in daily energy consumption comparison. Also, 80% energy reduction zone was 33% saved more than 60% energy reduction zone in weekly energy consumption comparison. Predicting energy consumption in winter season using for Regression Model, 80% energy reduction zone was saved 30% more than 60% energy reduction zone. However Energy consumption in field measurement was little more than energy reduction target in design stage.
