Trendy v pohybovém chování českých dětí a adolescentů

Dagmar Sigmundová, Erik Sigmund

The present monograph aims to characterize various designs of trend studies used in the field of kinanthropology, describe recent development of recommendations for health-enhancing physical activity and, especially, explore trends in physical activity, physical inactivity and sedentary behaviour in Czech children and adolescents. The described studies use the objective, as well as subjective, standardized physical activity assessment techniques. The presented results are based not only on representative samples of Czech children and adolescents, they also represent trend results in physical activity behaviour in more than 30 countries of the world.
