Type locality: Sopot, Poland.

Symonyms: Lagunogammarus zaddachi (Sexton, 1912).

Distribution. World: France (Dauvin 1999), North Atlantic Ocean (Bellan-Santini & Costello 2001), Bay of Biscay (Bachelet et al. 2003), Baltic Sea (Kedra 2010), India (Thilagavathi et al. 2013).

India: South India Ecoregion: Tamil Nadu (Thilagavathi et al. 2013); Eastern India Ecoregion: Tamil Nadu (Thilagavathi et al. 2013).

Remarks: Report from India requires confirmation.

Infraorder: Hadziida S. Karaman, 1943
