Description
Porichthys myriaste r Hubbs & Schultz, 1939.
Specklefin Midshipman or Speckled Midshipman. To 51 cm (20 in) TL (Eschmeyer and Herald 1983). Near Point Arguello, California (Walker and Rosenblatt 1988) to at least Bahía Magdalena, southern Baja California (De La Cruz-Agüero et al. 1994). Also reported in northern Peru (Chirichigno and Vélez 1998). Depth: intertidal to 126 m (414 ft) (min.: Walker and Rosenblatt 1988; max.: Miller and Lea 1972).
