FEMINICÍDIO E A PANDEMIA DA COVID-19: PERÍCIA CRIMINAL E A TIPIFICAÇÃO DO CRIME DE VIOLÊNCIA DE GÊNERO NO DIREITO

This study is about the thematic of the COVID-19 pandemic and domestic violence against women, reflecting on the importance of criminal expertise and the typification of the crime of gender violence, aiming as principal goal your analyze in law, can contribute for the combat of domestic violence and feminicide, as well as showing that isolation and sanitation measures have contributed to the increase in cases of feminicide in Brazil. The research methodology is based on a literature review characterized by descriptive bibliography and documentary research under a systemic and qualitative approach based on content analysis. The research starts from a bibliographic study, which from the point of view of technical procedures can be elaborated from material already published, consisting mainly of books, journal articles, and currently with material available on the Internet. This way, this study seeks to contribute to the scientific community and civil society, in order to inform and clarify the rights and the need for measures that will strengthen the legislation regarding the protection of women and the fight against domestic and femicides.
