Ontario COVID-19 vaccination tracking

Code for tracking the progress of Ontario's COVID-19 vaccination programme. Updated to reflect changes in the data the province is making available regarding vaccinations.

R markdown code for extracting vaccination data from the Ontario open government data portal API. Data are converted into data frames.

Code for ggplot visualisations is included to illustrate the percentage of the population that has received partial, full or no vaccinations. Also code for a visualisation of daily totals of vaccine doses administered and cumulative vaccine doses administered total. Since the province now makes data on vaccination by age group available, a bar plot indicating the amount and status of vaccinated individuals is included.
