X-ray diffraction images for Clostridium difficile L-threonine dehydrogenase.

  • 1. UCL

Description

X-ray diffraction images collected from crystals of threonine dehydrogenase from C. difficile (delta 630) at a temperature of 100 K at Diamond Light Source (DLS) beamline I04-1 using a PILATUS 2M detector and a wavelength of 0.92 Å. A total of 190 degrees of data were collected using a rotation range of 1 degree and an exposure time of 4 seconds per image.
