Distribution. Transeurasiatic, boreomontane. Throughout the Russian territory from Kaliningradskaya Oblast to Kamchatka and Primorye. Outside Russia in Europe, Turkey, Transcaucasia, Mongolia, N Korea (mountains).
Hostplants: in N Europe different deciduous trees and shrubs of Rosaceae, Ericaceae (Skou 1986).
