Type deposition. USNM.

Type data. Ex Rattus sp., Thailand, Loei Province, Tha Li District, Ban Mueang Khai.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Maxomys rajah, Rattus rattus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis.

Distribution. Thailand.
