Type data. Ex Fowlea piscator (syn. Natrix piscator), India, Bombay (currently Mumbai).

Hosts. RODENTIA: Bandicota indica, Rattus rattus; SQUAMATA: Fowlea piscator.

Distribution. India, Thailand.
