Geographic Location and Habitats: BC: Walbran Valley, Western redcedar trunk (Lindo & Winchester 2007); NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan-Pelletier et al. 1987); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake, Balsam fir forests (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).
