Geographic Locations and Habitats: NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan- Pelletier et al. 1987); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake, Balsam fir forests (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).

Distribution: Eastern Nearctic.
