International Roundtable Discussion. An event at Charleston Conference 2020

This is my manuscript that I used for a 7-minute lightning talk for the International Roundtable Discussion at the Charleston Conference 2020. Anthony Watkinson (CIBER Research) kindly put the panel together and gave an introduction, we also had Jie Xu (Wuhan University) and me giving brief talks.
