Variations in porosity and deformation in dehydrated loam samples

This paper presents the results of the soils data processing. Data sampels were obtained by the author during fieldwork. Study area is Bovanenkovo-Sabetta, Yamal Peninsula (Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), Russian Arctic. The experimental technique was based on the existing recommendations and standards. The test methodology is the compression strength of the given model soil samples. The aim was to determine variation of the parameters of the physical and mechanical properties of the soil samples in the laboratory.
