Smart oriented workplaces in tool production

This paper presents results of a current EU project, which deals with the development of information and communication technologies for production workers of the future. On this basis of different case studies selected from the project context the paper will illustrate the technologies that can be used by industrial companies to put blue-collar workers at the center of tomorrows factory.
