A sets of MATLAB codes for studying variations in Arctic Mediterranean Atmospheric Static Stability during recent Arctic warming.

ReadDataAndPreprocessing.m  is used to read data and some preprocessing, and then will be archived for nc file mat files.

mainCode.m is the main code file to study variations in Arctic Mediterranean Atmospheric Static Stability during recent Arctic warming.

It is useful for accomplishing a number of tasks which include the following: 

1.Calculate the multi-year average stability.

2.Calculate the trend of stability.

3.Calculate the oscillations in stabilty.

4.Calculate the correlations between each variables.

5.Plot 7 figures to visualize the results.
