The book analyzes the history of tensions between Romanians and Hungarians in the area of Szeklerland. These tensions have shaped the current relationships between the two ethnic groups. Hate and prejudice are expressed in various forms, influencing not only the destinies of those living in that area but also those of the Romanians from the rest of the country and the Hungarians in the neighboring country.
