Abstract

Antenatal hydronephrosis is the most common abnormality since ultrasound was used for prenatal screening. Although high rate of spontaneous resolution expected, obstructive conditions that require surgery may occur. Therefore identification of patients which require surgery with prenatal and postnatal imaging is an important and complex issue. The purpose of this study was briefly explained the imaging modalities of antenatal hydronephrosis and management of this patients according to imaging results.
