Abstract	The Data Concentrator Card (DCC) is part of the Off-Detector (OD) Electronics sub-system of the CMS Electromagnetic Calorimeter. The DCC is responsible for crystal and trigger data collection from the Front-End system and from the ECAL Trigger system respectively.
