Mısır Bitkisinde Yapraktan Uygulanan Eksogen Uygulamalarının Bitkideki Azota ve Verime Etkisi

Öz

Mısır önemli bir tahıldır ve aynı zamanda önde gelen bir yem bitkisi olarak da işlem görmektedir. Gıda işlemeden etanol üretimine kadar çok çeşitli endüstriyel alanlarda kullanılmaktadır. Çukurova koşullarında, yapraktan 5 farklı eksogen (glisinbetain, prolin, salisilik asit, silikon ve sitokinin) uygulamasının iki atdişi mısır çeşidinde bitkideki azota ve dane verimine etkisini saptamak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme, 2017 ve 2018 yıllaında mısır yetiştirme sezonunda yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, eksogenlerin azota ve dane verimine etkileri yıllara göre farklılık göstermiştir. Glisinbetain uygulaması ile kontrol uygulaması arasında P.2088 çeşidinde %9,2’lik, Sancia çeşidinde ise %16.2’lik dane veriminde artış sağlanmıştır. Sonuçlarımıza göre, Çukurova Koşullarında ana ürün mısır yetiştiriciliğinde azot kullanım etkinliğini arttırmak ve verim artışı için glisinbetain uygulaması önerilmektedir.

The Effect of Foliar Exogenous Applications on Nitrogen and Yield in Corn Plant

Öz

Corn is an important grain and is also traded as a leading forage crop. It is used in a wide variety of industrial fields, from food processing to ethanol production. It was carried out to determine the effects of foliar application of 5 different exogenous (glycinebetaine, proline, salicylic acid, silicon and cytokinin) on the nitrogen and grain yield of two maize cultivars in Çukurova conditions. The experiment was conducted in the corn growing season in 2017 and 2018. In the study, the effects of exogenes on nitrogen and grain yield differed according to years. Between the application of glycinebetaine and the control application, an increase in grain yield of 9.2% was achieved in P.2088 variety and 16.2% in Sancia variety. According to our results, glycibetaine application is recommended to increase nitrogen use efficiency and increase yield in main crop corn cultivation in Çukurova Conditions.
