Abstract

An Organic Experiment on SN2 Chemistry which uses a Radioisotope that is used in Nuclear Medicine and is Relevant to Nuclear Accidents

An organic chemistry experiment on the subject of SN2 chemistry is presented. This is an experiment which is aimed at postgraduates and advanced undergraduate students, the experiment can be used both for teaching how to work with open radioactive sources and for teaching organic chemistry.
