The Synchronizer Performance Test of a Manual Transmission

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper takes a minivan’s manual transmission as the research object. The structure of the lock ring inertia synchronizer, the synchronizing principle and the test bench structure are introduced. After a series of tests, the test dates were analyzed and the results show that the test bench accord with the design requirements.
