Öz
Teknolojik gelişmeler tüm sektörleri etkileyen uygulamalar sunmaktadır. Bu uygulamaları hastaneler içerisinde her alanda görmek, kullanımının gün geçtikçe daha yoğun ve etkili olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Teknolojik uygulamaların yoğun olarak kullanıldığı hastanelerin sürece uyumu ve hastane içerisinde kullanılan dijital uygulamaların etkilerinin anlaşılabilmesi ve sorunların tespit edilebilmesi amacıyla hastanelerin dijitalleşmesi konusu incelenmiştir. Hastane yöneticilerinin yaşanan bu değişimleri ve etkilerini nasıl değerlendirdiğini anlamak amacıyla bu çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Belirlenen amaç doğrultusunda Anadolu Yakası’nda bulunan özel hastane yöneticilerinden 7 kişi ile odak grup görüşmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sorularının amaca uygun olması için sorular hazırlanmadan önce konu hakkında literatür çalışması yapılmıştır. Görüşme sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimsel ve içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilere göre hastanelerin dijitalleşmesi birçok açıdan olumlu olarak bulunurken, bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması, hasta mahremiyetinin korunması ve hasta-hekim, hasta-hemşire arasındaki temasın azalması gibi konuların ise sorun teşkil edebileceği ifade edilmektedir. Farklı eğitimlere, deneyimlere ve uzmanlıklara sahip olan hastane yöneticilerinin dijitalleşme sürecine bakış açılarını çalıştığı sağlık kurumlarının da özellikleri etkilemektedir. Ayrıca dijitalleşmenin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı hastanelerde görev alan yöneticiler ile dijitalleşmenin sınırlı olarak kullanıldığı hastanelerdeki yöneticilerinin bilgi ve bakış açılarında farklılıklar olduğu ifade edilebilir.

Öz
Technological developments offer applications that affect all sectors. It is possible to see these applications in every field in hospitals and to say that their use is more intense and effective day by day. The issue of digitalization of hospitals has been investigated in order to understand the adaptation of hospitals where technological applications are used extensively to the process and to understand the effects of digital applications used in hospitals and to identify problems. This study was conducted in order to understand how hospital managers evaluate these changes and their effects. In line with the determined purpose, a focus group meeting was held with 7 people from private hospital managers on the Anatolian Side. In order for the research questions to be suitable for the purpose, a literature study was conducted on the subject before the questions were prepared. The data obtained as a result of the interview were analyzed by descriptive and content analysis method. According to the data obtained in the study, while digitalization of hospitals is found to be positive in many aspects, it is stated that issues such as ensuring information security, protecting patient privacy and decreasing contact between patient-physician, patient-nurse may pose a problem. The perspectives of hospital managers, who have different trainings, experiences and specialties, on the digitalization process are also influenced by the characteristics of the health institutions they work with. In addition, it can be stated that there are differences in the knowledge and perspectives of managers working in hospitals where digitalization is used extensively and managers in hospitals where digitalization is used limitedly.
