چکیده

هدف کلی از این پژوهش طراحی رابطه میان هوش سازمانی و دوسوتوانی کارکنان با نقش میانجی فرایند مدیریت دانش در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان چهارمحال و بختیاری می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع همبستگی و به لحاظ روش جمع آوری پیمایشی است. جامعه ی آماری این تحقیق کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان چهارمحال و بختیاری شامل 108 نفر می باشد. نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان به تعداد 83 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده از بین جامعه آماری مورد نظر انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه دوسوتوانی توسط جانسن (2005) ، پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش توسط نوناکا و تاکوچی (1995) و پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت (2003) می باشد. در یک مطالعه مقدماتی پایایی پرسشنامه ها از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 72/0 ، 83/0 و 89/0 بدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل آمار توصیفی توسط نرم افزار Spss19 و جهت مدل سازی متغیرهای پژوهش و تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیات پژوهش از نرم افزار Smart PLS3 استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد هوش سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر دوسوتوانی داشته و مدیریت دانش به عنوان متغیر میانجی در رابطه با هوش سازمانی و دوسوتوانی عمل می کند. این یافته به آن معناست که تأکید بر هوش سازمانی و فرایند مدیریت دانش و رعایت آن از سوی سازمان ها می تواند منجر به ایجاد دوسوتوانی در کارکنان سازمان گردد.
