Abstract

The article deals with the problems of integration processes in the process of international economic cooperation. The positive and negative aspects of the process of globalization of the economy are revealed. Special attention is paid to the international norms/principles regulated in international legal documents, especially to the complexity of norms that make up Lex mercatoria and ensure the regulation of international trade operations.
