Abstract

To respond to the environmental change is important to the competitive advantage and survival of corporation. This research seeks to develop a contingency framework on strategy transformation, providing insights into the decision making processes of organizational change.Eight hi-tech cases were studied and the findings indicate four types of strategy transformation which can be seen as four leverage strategies in nature.
