Abstract

Completely implement the general requirement of "the Belt and Road" construction propelled by our country, and combine the development characteristics of our province's education of private higher learning institutions to conduct tentative discuss and research for our college's talents cultivation of "go out" and advanced education mode of "bring in". The research content of the subject is a deep research and discussion of our province's internalization of private higher learning institutions and a deeper thinking of the whole education system of private higher learning institutions under the background of "the Belt and the Road". Starting from research background, research content and research method, this thesis will conduct a deep research and discussion of "go out" and "bring in".
