Abstract

The ultimate purpose of higher education is to cultivate talents for the country, and in the process of my country's development and construction, there is a great demand for talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Therefore, the cultivation of innovation consciousness and ability of college students is an important aspect of education in colleges and universities. As a gathering place for talents, colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper first analyzes the relevant connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and then expounds the principles that should be followed in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and finally puts forward some optimization strategies for talent training.
