Abstract

The mission of school education in the new era is to cultivate high-quality talents for social development. The construction of the teacher team in the new era should take this as the basis to accelerate the growth of a new generation of young teachers, so that teachers at different stages of development can become good teachers in the new era. This paper analyzes the predicaments that new teachers may face at the beginning of their professional development from four aspects: role transformation and interpersonal adaptation, professionalism, teaching practice and specialty development, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of new teachers and schools.
