ABSTRACT

In order to solve the current problems existed in the cultivation mechanisms of applied energy chemical engineering talents, a comparison study on the education mode, teaching staffs, professional courses and practical teaching was carried out between the status at home and abroad. Moreover, we proposed the characteristics of applied energy and chemical talents from the perspective of international comparison. Furthermore, an appropriate cultivation mechanism for the applied energy chemical engineering talents of Jiangsu province was build up.
