Abstract.
In the article the questions of doctors preparation in the institutions of higher medical education are discussed. The role of morphological disciplines teaching in the system of specialists preparation, and also the value of interdisciplinary relationships establishment and development in the clinical thinking formation on the basis of academic competences are shown. Special emphasis is placed on the importance and development of clinical orientation of all fundamental disciplines teaching. Using concrete examples from anatomy, histology, pathoanatomy the possibilities of this direction realization are demonstrated, the positions on which clinical orientation of morphological disciplines teaching can be realized are designated. By the example of using situational tasks in neurology the demand for knowledge of the nervous system components histostructure in order to understand the changes and the mechanism of clinical manifestations developing in the organism in case of different disordes or diseases is shown. The problem of educational profile conformity of the lecturers who work at the medical universities with the profile of higher medical educational institutions is also raised in this article.
Key words: academic competences, situational tasks, clinical thinking, practical skills.
